Crisis Support

If you are feeling overwhelmed, at risk of harming yourself, or unable to stay safe, please don’t try to cope alone. While I’m here to support you through therapy, I’m not able to provide emergency or crisis support.

if you are in crisis, there are services available—day or night—to help you stay safe and supported:

Immediate Crisis Support (UK-wide)

Call 999 – If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call emergency services.

Call 111 – For urgent mental health support, you can call NHS 111 and press option 2 to speak to a mental health professional.
