If you’re feeling anxious, low, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of self-doubt—you’re not alone. I specialise in helping people rebuild self-worth, emotional clarity, and confidence using evidence-based therapy that’s practical, compassionate, and grounded.
With over 20 years’ experience in mental health, I bring a calm, supportive presence to my work—drawing from my background as an NHS mental health nurse and fully accredited CBT therapist.
You might be:
Living with anxiety or depression
Managing ADHD symptoms
Struggling with low self-esteem or perfectionism
Recovering from a difficult or emotionally harmful relationship
Whatever you’re facing, therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and move forward in a way that feels more like you.
I use CBT, integrated with mindfulness, compassion-focused approaches, and values-based strategies—tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.

What I Can Help You With
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD & More
As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I offer evidence-based therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected—and how to make practical, lasting changes.
CBT is highly effective for a wide range of mental health concerns, including:
Anxiety disorders – including generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and phobias
Depression – low mood, lack of motivation, hopelessness, and persistent self-criticism
ADHD in adults – support with focus, organisation, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem related to ADHD
Low self-esteem – chronic self-doubt, fear of failure, people-pleasing, and negative self-image
Stress & burnout – difficulty relaxing, overwhelm, perfectionism, and work-related stress
OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) – intrusive thoughts, compulsions, rituals, and reassurance-seeking
PTSD and trauma – flashbacks, hypervigilance, avoidance, and unresolved trauma
Chronic illness & health anxiety – emotional impact of long-term conditions and fear about health
I work with adults who are ready to explore the root causes of their difficulties and build new tools for resilience, clarity, and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a long-term pattern that’s holding you back, CBT can help.
